I made this card using Sparkle N Sprinkle glitters and Stamps! I love this lace technique. You need a piece of double sided sticky paper. Remove the paper from one side and apply a piece of lace. Brayer to make sure it is secure. Pour on the green glitter and shake off. Remove the lace and apply the white glitter. Very cool! Cut piece to any shape you need for your background. Remove the paper backing and apply to your card front!
